HD EXPO offers VariCamp workshops

HD EXPO is offering a series of three-day workshops on Panasonic’s AJ-HDC27 VariCam variable-frame-rate HD Cinema Camera.

The three-day “VariCamp” workshops will begin this summer and conclude in January 2004. The first workshop is in Los Angeles on July 24th, 25th and 26th; followed by Chicago on August 21st, 22nd and 23rd; in Washington D.C. on October 2nd, 3rd and 4th; in New York City on October 16th, 17th and 18th; and then in Los Angeles again on January 22nd, 23rd and 24th, 2004.

The “VariCamp” workshop will educate the production and post-production community by providing in-depth instruction on VariCam’s feature/benefits and proper shooting techniques. It will be taught by leading cinematographers, who use the camera daily to acquire films, television programs, commercials and corporate productions.

The workshops will provide both classroom instruction and hands-on, one-on-one training on VariCam in working studio and field production environments.

For more information on the “VariCamp” workshops, visit www.hdexpo.net.
