Sundance Digital, a part of Avid Technology Inc., recently announced the creation of a new multilingual facility in Singapore for testing, demonstrations and training.
The facility was established to facilitate operations in connection with the company’s rising number of customers in the Asia/Pacific region.
“This new facility underscores our commitment to the Asia/Pacific market,” says Adrian Smith, Sundance Digital’s director of operations for Asia Pacific. “We are delighted to support our customers with the highest-level service available from both Sundance Digital and Avid.”
Course offerings at the new center will include training of customer engineering and operational staff to ensure that maximum advantage is received from Sundance Digital and Avid products. These range from entry-level automation systems to multichannel automation suites.
Customers can also visit the facility to view and experience operational Avid workflow technology including Deko, Unity, ISIS and Media Composer. Language support is provided for Bahasa Indonesian, Cantonese, English, Japanese, Mandarin and Tagalog.
