Microwave Service Corp. of Haverhill, Mass. is being acquired by RF Central LLC.
MSC has been selling, servicing and leasing microwave equipment for the past 10 years. Operations will continue at its 12,000-square foot facility in Haverhill.
RF Central's President and CEO, Jeff Winemiller, said, "The purchase of MSC will enhance and expand RF Central's microwave design, repair, sales and rental services. Documents for the acquisition were signed on Jan. 31. RF Central is headquartered in Carlisle, Pa.
