Omnibus Expands Support Services

Omnibus Systems is expanding its services for the company's broadcast automation and content management technologies.
The company is also launching an online service to reach clients across the globe. The redesigned Web site offers new services to broadcasting and cable customers and advanced interactive features--a knowledgebase, access to an FTP area, a support form and "Notice Board" with all the latest technical announcements.
Besides adding to its support staff at its U.K. headquarters, Omnibus North American and Asian support operations have added new project engineers, technical support staff and regional offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Singapore.
