Crispin Adds to 'Crispin 4 Life' No Annual Fee Plan

Crispin Corp., a leading worldwide provider of broadcast automation software, equipment, services and support, has added remote diagnostics to its support plan, "Crispin 4 Life."
Crispin first released the plan in March, which provides broadcast facilities with no fee, 24/7 support for seven years.
The company said remote diagnostics further strengthens its support plan through rapid analysis of customer reported anomalies, efficient configuration changes and swift collection of device and application logs for troubleshooting purposes. Remote connectivity can reduce diagnostic time by as much as 75 percent.
Remote connectivity also features numerous non-diagnostic benefits including software updates and upgrades; as well as pre-commissioning, which can be conducted using the facility's equipment.
Crispin is based in Durham, N.C., with regional sales offices located throughout the United States.
