Ascent Media Systems and Technology Services has opened a new technical operations center (TOC) to support the company's growth.
The expanded facility has more than four times the original space and houses more than three times as many workstations, and includes a new 22-foot integrated video display. The Satellite Operations area includes transponder management services, traffic and booking, satellite network management, transponder access and control and remote truck transmission control. Video Network Operations handles remote monitoring and control, network management, bandwidth management and network reporting. The Customer Service Center provides call center services, installation, maintenance and support.
Ascent Media serves major broadcast, cable and VSAT network providers and government organizations, and now offers three integrated 24/7 mission-critical operations.
