Zaxcom debuts STA150 stereo adaptor for TRX900 transceivers

Digital wireless maker Zaxcom has introduced the STA150 stereo adaptor. The unit upgrades the company’s TRX900 and TRX900AA transceivers into two-channel systems, ideal for bag-to-camera links in ENG applications. The new adapter is now shipping.

The side-mounted STA150 stereo adaptor provides a balanced stereo audio input to eliminate ground loops, plus a dedicated time code input, supporting automated loading of audio onto the TRX's CompactFlash memory card. The output can be used either as an audio monitor for playback from the memory card or as a time code output to jam other devices.

Zaxcom will be showing the STA150 stereo adaptor and its digital wireless line at the NAB Show, Booth N3114.
