DK-Technologies showcases new audio metering products

Professional audio and video systems manufacturer DK-Technologies demonstrated two new products at AES last month.

New software for the company's range of master stereo and surround sound meters was introduced. The software provides enhanced features including a PC data interface, graphic loudness measurement and an extended Jelly-Fish display for surround sound applications.

Also shown was a Windows software module, DK-Logging, that connects the meter to a PC via a serial interface. This allows the computer to log levels on up to 16 audio channels simultaneously with logging intervals down to one second. The total logging time is limited only by the computer’s disk space. Limits can be user set, which enables the creation of alarms.
