DiGiCo to consolidate American operations

DiGiCo has announced its intention to incorporate DiGiCo LLC into DiGiCo UK Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary. The move is intended to be seamless from a customer viewpoint, with the existing U.S. management team remaining in place, according to managing director Bob Doyle. The change will align the U.S. operation into the same operational and financial structure as the rest of the DiGiCo world, with the intention of sharing corporate resources more effectively. The move ends DiGiCo’s relationship with In2Out Audio distribution firm, announced early this year.
