BiCoastal Music adds Auralex SpaceArray diffusers

The control room at BiCoastal Music now features the inconspicuous SpaceArray diffusers from Auralex.

Owner Hal Winer has upgraded the control room of his BiCoastal Music recording studio in Ossining, NY, by installing new SpaceArray acoustical diffusers from Auralex. The product’s quasi-random visual design provides broadband hemispherical diffusion without the visual patterning common to most diffusers.

Designed for Auralex by studio designer Russ Berger, the 24in square wood panels of the SpaceArray combine visual and sonic advantages.
