Barcelona AES Convention releases show numbers

Last May’s AES Convention in Barcelona was described by its organizers as a success and “a strong magnet for visitors.”

The organization reported more than 250 exhibitors, including nearly 50 first-timers. Average booth size was reported as increasing again after several years of small-size stand bookings.

The exhibition drew 6200 visitors to the exhibition floor, and 1250 attendees participated in the convention’s technical program. Next year’s European convention will take place May 20-23 in Paris.
