AKG introduces new headphones for broadcast

AKG Acoustics has introduced its new K 702 dynamic headphones, featuring a Varimotion two-layer diaphragm for clearer highs and accurate bass response.

The new K 702 headphones feature personalized fitting ear pads, a lightweight design, and blue finish to withstand the wear and tear of professional use.

The headphones, which have around-the-ear design, offer a detachable cable, a flat-wire voice coil technology for accurate sound, and transient response for professional use. The sound clarity is enhanced with the Varimotion two-layer diaphragm.

The headphones feature an audio bandwidth of 10-39, 800Hz, efficiency of 105dB SPL/V, max input power of 200mW, rated impedance of 62 ohms and a weight of 235g.
