XM Hits 2.1 Million
XM Satellite Radio said it now has 2.1 million subscribers, having added 418,000 net new subscribers in its second quarter.
The company said Father's Day was a strong sales hook for XM, and that retail and auto dealership growth was "significant." It hopes for continued strength in the summer, in part thanks to the availability of the Delphi XM Roady2 receiver.
