The special runs from Aug. 15 through Nov. 17. Also, former Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly will wave the green flag, signaling the start of the Sirius Satellite Radio at The Glen at Watkins Glen in upstate New York. Kelly will wave the flag as a representative of the Hunter's Hope Foundation, which he established in honor of his son, Hunter. Five-year-old Hunter has Krabbe's Disease, an enzyme disorder of the central and peripheral nervous system.
