Samsung Launches DTV Guide Web Site
If someone asks you "What is DTV?", consider directing them to a new Web site, www.samsungusa.com/dtvguide. The site uses attractive graphs and easy to read text to deliver basic information in five subject areas: Why Digital?; Understanding TV Basics; Types of Digital TVs; Selecting the Right TV; and The World of Connections. The web site highlights HDTV, but also mentions datacasting and multicasting as benefits of DTV.

Off air reception is described twice in guide. In the World of Connections, there is a section devoted to antennas. The guide provides a balanced introduction to DTV that consumers need to understand the differences between digital cable, digital satellite and over-the-air broadcast digital TV.
