An info packet from the Radio and Television News Directors Foundation is available to help news organizations increase diversity in their newsrooms and news coverage.
The Diversity Toolkit includes an instructional guide and DVD featuring award-winning news stories.
"The toolkit is designed to help newsrooms evaluate how they address race in their own newsrooms and in their coverage," the foundation stated.
