RF Central is pleased to welcome David Scott to the position of COO. He comes to RFC with years of experience in running a $30 million company, with responsibility for oversight of all administrative and financial functions, installation and management of a computer network, and strategic planning.

David, who resides in Mechanicsburg, has been a resident of Central PA for over 35 years. He is the incoming President of the Harrisburg Keystone Rotary Club.
