RDL Repeats Itself
The latest useful
little utility box from RDL is the FP-MR2,
an audio message repeater.
The MR2 records a
single message that can be as long as one minute and 40 seconds. The message is
retained in a nonvolatile memory so when power is off or lost the message is
safe.
An input level trim
and compressor keep the audio recording consistent. The message can be
activated remotely via contact closure or locally via the front panel start
button.
A DIP switch allows
for controlling the timing of the message’s repeat cycle (up to 60 minutes).
The FP-MR2 is linkable with others to create a series of automated different
messages. There is an automatic variable ducking function for the music
pass-through. Price: $341.14.
