Possible Delay in Australian Analog TV Shutdown
A brief article Analogue TV shutdown may be delayed on ABC News Online (Australia Broadcasting Company, not the U.S. ABC) said Federal Communications minister Helen Coonan released an issues paper on the shutdown of analog TV that emphasized the need for an action plan to increase the number of people watching DTV and to send "expensive simulcasting."
