Polk Audio, XM to Craft Component Tuner for Home Audio

Polk Audio signed a license and technology agreement with XM Satellite Radio to collaborate on development of an XM Satellite Radio component tuner for use with high-end home audio systems.
"We see a close match between a large cross-section of XM subscribers and Polk Audio's customers," said Polk Audio President Jim Herd. Polk Audio is a Baltimore-based home and car loudspeaker manufacturer.
The product is slated for October delivery and will list for $329.
