Oregon3D Launches Roadshow
(October 23, 2003) Portland, OR--The Center for Visualization Technologies (Oregon3D) has announced its first road show and online training classes. Entitled The New Features of 3ds max 6, the shows are taught by Discreet-certified instructor, Gary M. Davis. The two-day courses and four-part series will present an overview of new additions and enhancements to the 3ds max tool kit. As a unified, object-oriented modeling, animation rendering software solution that integrates with Discreet's inferno, flame, and flint, 3ds max 6 is designed specifically for visual effects, character animation and next-generation gaming.

Dates and locations for The New Features of 3ds max 6 courses are as follows: Vancouver, BC on Nov. 11-12; and, Austin, TX on Nov. 15-16. A four-part eight-hour online series is scheduled for Dec. 9, 11, 16 and 18. A free one-hour Evolve online seminar is also available on Nov. 6.
