Optimod 8400 Version 2.0 Improves DSP Algorithms
The recently released Version 2.0 software for the Orban Optimod FM 8400 implements new low-delay processing on all presets, as well as improved DSP algorithms that increase punch and presence. The Version 2.0 upgrade allows talent to listen off the air through their headphones without hearing any echo in their voices.
The Optimod 8400 was introduced at NAB 2000 in Las Vegas, where is won the Radio World Cool Stuff Award. Since that time regular software updates have kept it Orban's flagship FM processor.
