NTP 625 Audio Router Chosen for Danish Parliament
NTP Technology has delivered an NTP 625 digital audio router to Studios A/S. The router forms part of a large system installed at Christiansborg castle, the location of the Danish parliament and government, in the heart of Copenhagen. The NTP 625 is being used in connection with TV 2/DANMARK's news coverage of parliamentary proceedings and political activities at Christiansborg.
The NTP 625 router enables audio connections from various locations at Christiansborg to be established for coverage of interviews or meetings. Operator-friendly source selection is secured by forming summing lines, an NTP DSP function. AES/EBU and analogue inputs and outputs are incorporated.
Studios A/S designed, integrated and has taken to air all the audio and video equipment included in the system. Part of the Metronome Group owned by Norwegian Schibsted, Studios A/S is a television facility and system integration company with premises in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
