At this year's NAB Show, Triveni Digital is introducing several new products designed to provide enhanced digital television services and DTV service quality assurance.

The GuideBuilder PSIP generator for both broadcast and mobile DTV applications has been enhanced with a mobile signaling layer/channel changer software extension. It allows integration of metadata management and generation for mobile DTV directly into the GuideBuilder.

Booth visitors should also check out Triveni's StreamScope RM-40SE MPEG video monitoring system. This is an RF/QAM probe that can be located a transmitter sites for continuous real-time monitoring of digital signals. The RM-40SE represents the first implementation of the new SCTE-142 standard.
