New Jersey Man Fined for Unlicensed New Jersey Ops
The operator of an unlicensed transmitter on two frequencies in northern New Jersey will have to pay $10,000.

The FCC fined Marcel Emile for “willfully and repeatedly” violating the rules for running on 96.7 and 104.7 MHz in East Orange, N.J., not far from Manhattan.

It said the New York field office issued the original notice in March and Emile had not responded.
