<br/>CBS, NCAA Partner to Offer March Madness On Demand
CBS's coverage of the 2006 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship will be offered free, via to a partnership between
CBS Sports with
CBS Sportsline.com, and
College Sports TV. The madness kicks off March 16 2006 and fans will be able to watch live CBS Sports broadcasts of the NCAA Tournament on NCAAsports.com, the official NCAA Web site.
Games of regional interest will be shown exclusively on the local CBS affiliate. NCAA March Madness on Demand will feature the out-of-market games being played at the same time. Additionally, CBS will offer a portal to NCAA March Madness on Demand through
CSTV.com CBS announced in November that it will acquire College Sports TV for $325 million, effective January 2006.
