Keynoters A-Go-Go at CES

The 2011 CES, Jan. 6–9 in Las Vegas, has added another corporate heavyweight to its list of keynote speakers, Ford Motor Co. President and CEO Alan Mulally.

Ford’s SYNC speech recognition system has garnered a great deal of interest in the past few months, especially with its “hands-free” ability to control media devices in cars.

Mulally joins Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer, Verizon’s Ivan Seidenberg, Samsung’s Boo-Keun Yoon and Audi’s Rupert Sadler on the dias of dignitaries. His address will take place 11 a.m. Jan. 7.
