Is FCC Probing Olympics Opening Ceremonies for Indecency?
The FCC asked NBC for a copy of its opening ceremonies of the Olympics in response to an indecency complaint.
An official told the Washington Post the agency has not opened an investigation, although the tape request could be a precursor to one. According to the Post, the complaint focused on a participant in the opening ceremonies who appeared to be pregnant.
NBC's Olympics coverage recently won an award for family-friendly programming at the annual Family Television Awards.
