Inscriber Integrates Graphics With Newsroom Automation
Inscriber has provided a link between its Inca series of graphics workstations and its AutoCG MAX newsroom automation package, enabling instant updates of news to be associated with real-time automated graphics. In "unattended" mode, AutoCG MAX broadcasts new content and graphics, with a manual interrupt capability to regain control of the system.
With the new capability, the latest versions of Inscriber's Inca Studio or Inca CG generate and control multiple layers of graphics, logos, transitions and clips, all directed by AutoCG MAX automation. The Waterloo, Canada-based Inscriber expects to ship the new Inca versions (with the automation capability) this fall.
