IABM Engineering Student Award winners announced
This year's IABM Engineering Student Award saw an increase in international applicants, with three of the winners coming from Russian Universities.

The winners have been invited to attend IBC08 and will get the opportunity to meet experts from the industry as well as possible future employers.

"With double the amount of applications received compared to last year, the IABM had their work cut out to determine the winners. The calibre of applications was very high and it was very gratifying to have such an international mix of students. The IABM recognise the need for students to experience the world of broadcast technology first hand, which is why the opportunity to spend time at the IBC is such a worthwhile prize," said IABM CEO Roger Stanwell.
