Harris Opens West Coast Office
Harris Corporation has expanded its telephone sales and support for U.S. radio broadcasters with the opening of a new call center in Carlsbad, Calif.
The West Coast Broadcast Center - an extension of Harris' Broadcast Center in Cincinnati - is designed to give customers increased access to its studio products, comprised of more than $4 million of in-stock inventory, system design services, product selection assistance, and installation and maintenance support.
Among the benefits to Harris customers nationwide, seven West Coast employees now are available to provide assistance until 8 p.m. Eastern. Staffing is provided every weekday from 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. Eastern. Every call center salesperson has expertise in areas such as radio systems design, engineering and service-as well as sales. The toll-free number, (800) 622-0022, accesses both locations, automatically switching calls between Cincinnati and Carlsbad.
