Harris Corp. named 20-year company veteran David Cunningham as the top HR executive at the company’s Broadcast Communications business.

Cunningham, who joined Harris in 1987, was director of Human Resources for the business since 2003.

“David has been a tremendous asset to Harris throughout his career, and brings a wealth of employee training and human resource experience to his new position. We are excited to have him leading the human resources effort at Harris Broadcast Communications,” said Jeff Shuman, VP of Human Resources and Corporate Relations.

Cunningham holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and counseling from California State University-Northridge, and has attended organizational development programs at California Lutheran University.
