FSN to Double HD Sports Telecasts

During the next twelve months, Fox Sports Net is planning to double the size of its schedule of HD telecasts of major live sporting events. FSN’s regional sports networks will offer live HD telecasts of nearly 1000 games, featuring the NBA, MLB, NHL and NCAA football and basketball.

FSN’s 18 owned-and-operated regional sports networks will produce more than 2500 hours of live HD programming over the 2006-2007 seasons. Regional networks handling local HD game production include FSN Arizona, FSN Detroit, FSN Florida, FSN Indiana, FSN Midwest, FSN North, FSN Northwest, FSN Ohio, FSN Pittsburgh, FSN Rocky Mountain, FSN South, FSN Southwest, FSN Houston, FSN Utah, FSN West, Prime Ticket, SportSouth and Sun Sports.
