Fox Selects Harris NetBoss for Remote Monitoring
Fox Networks has tapped Harris for its NetBoss Remote Monitoring Services. The service combines Harris' experience implementing network operation center solutions for advanced network monitoring and reporting.

Using NetBoss RMS, operators can view any network faults and provide real-time information to Fox Networks' engineering and operations group. NetBoss RMS enables 24/7 monitoring of network gear, provides trouble ticket notification and verification of problem resolution. Other features include event management, equipment diagnostics, remote equipment management, trouble dispatch to the service provider's technicians or subcontractors and proactive management of the repair process.

The Harris NOC in Melbourne, Fla. houses the NetBoss RMS.
