High-end digital acquisition technology provider Band Pro Film & Digital Inc. has announced the addition of Marker Karahadian to the company in the position of Vice President.

Karahadian’s responsibilities include guiding the technical direction and product development aspects of Band Pro, as well as technical marketing for the Band Pro group of companies. He will also oversee Band Pro Tek, the in-house Sony Authorized Service Department.

Karahadian brings over 40 years of industry experience to Band Pro. As former owner of Plus 8 Digital, he is intimately familiar with the entrepreneurial aspects of the business. Recently he served as Executive Vice President at Panavision, Woodland Hills.

Band Pro is headquartered in Burbank, Calif., with offices in New York, Tel Aviv and Munich.
