FCC Offers Seminar for LPTV Digital Companion Channel Applicants
Prospective applicants in the LPTV digital companion channel auction are strongly urged to attend a free two-hour seminar the FCC is holding on Monday, June 12 at 10:30 a.m. at its Washington, D.C. offices. The seminar will provide information about pre-auction procedures, service and auction rules, along with specific information on procedures for preparing short-form applications and associated technical data.
People interested in attending should pre-register by June 8 using a form included with the
Public Notice (DA 06-1095) or by calling the FCC at 888-225-5322 and selecting option two or by calling 717-338-2868 directly. The seminar will also be available on the Web.
