FCC Establishes Rules for Class A, LPTV and Translator DTV

At its meeting last Thursday, the FCC established rules for Class A, LPTV and TV translator stations to begin DTV broadcasting. The details on rules won't be available until the FCC releases its Report and Order. Note that the FCC did not include DTV boosters in this Order. I'll have more information in RF Report after the FCC releases the Report and Order.
