Sessions are shaping up at the fall NAB Radio Show.

The Mentoring & Inspiring Women in Radio Group is taking nominations for the first MIW Achievement in Programming Award, seeking female PDs with stellar track records. The winner will be recognized during the “Group PD Super Session” on Sept. 24.

The nomination form is due Aug. 7.

Meantime, the Radio Advertising Bureau laid out its session plans for the Philadelphia convention. Topics include “How Radio Can Do Video Economically and Profitably,” “Digital Best Practices for Radio” and “Preparing Now for the Economic Recovery.”

The convention is Sept. 23–25 and carries the theme “The Dial and Beyond.”
