ESE Announces New Sync Generators
El Segundo, Calif.-based ESE is now shipping two new sync generator models for digital television applications.
The DV-319 features two SD sync outputs that can be switched between color black and color bar sources, as well as four sources of HD tri-level sync. The unit also provides, as standard, an AES 11 and word clock outputs, with the AES 11 source switchable between tone and silent modes. The DV-319 supports 19 different high-definition output formats.
The ESE DV-321 sync generator incorporates all of the features in the DV-319 and includes a genlockable input. All outputs on both generator models are available on rear panel BNC connectors. Output configurations are set via front panel DIP switches.
