The annual Southwest Communications Expo will be held Oct. 19 at the Phoenix Civic Plaza Convention Center.
It is co-sponsored by the Arizona Association of Broadcasters and Phoenix SBE Chapter 9.
The SBE event chair, Robery Reymont, said organizers want to expand the number and quality of technical sessions.
"We plan to continue increasing the size of the exposition by adding more manufacturers of presentation systems, multi-media, imaging, teleconferencing and automation to those showing the latest technologies in television and radio broadcast equipment, production equipment and services."
David Carr of Telemundo is in charge of the technical program.
