Costs, Technology Remain Murky in EAS Talks
Participants in a meeting on delivering EAS messages to non-English speakers believe they’ve made some progress. But they are divided over whether to encourage voluntary state plans, and who would bear the costs for such deliveries as a technologically improved delivery system is implemented.
