Clear Channel Communications has stepped up its rebuttals against a man who said he's filed consumer fraud charges against Clear Channel for what he characterizes as contest rigging.
In a company statement, Clear Channel said the claims made by Andy Martin earlier this week are "yet another ply to promote himself" and his allegations are "without merit and should be subjected to intense scrutiny."
Martin is an Independent candidate, running for a seat in the Florida Senate.
