Bush Nominates Adelstein to FCC
President George W. Bush intends to nominate an aide to Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, D-S.D., to fill the last open seat on the FCC. Adelstein would serve out the term of Gloria Tristani that expires in June 2003.
Daschle said in November he supported Adelstein and so did NAB.
