Leitch NEXIO Delivers On-Demand for CNN 'Pipeline'

Harris has announced that its Leitch SD/HD NEXIO system will support the new CNN on-demand broadband video service, CNN Pipeline.

Incorporating the Leitch NEXIO HD server system, CNN Pipeline includes processing, branding, master control, routing and transmission products from the Leitch line of SD/HD broadcast technologies.

CNN Pipeline, which launched in late November and offers both SD and HD footage, puts users in control of multiple live video streams, CNN's video archives and on-demand news clips from its newsgathering operation around the world.
