Basic Consumer Pocket Cam Shoots 720p
DXG apparently thinks size matters (the smaller, the better) and has come up with an HD camera barely more than four inches long, the DXG-567V, which it says can capture video in 720p with H.264 compression (using the MOV format).

The consumer-level unit has a retractable USB cord and a Web-upload feature for those who need to transfer their video to YouTube or other social sites ASAP.

Priced at under $200, the HD cam is as basic as possible, with only 2X digital zoom capability and minimal flash memory of 32MB (which can be enhanced with optional add-on cards). The unit features a 2-inch display and comes in four colors.
