Audemat Group Buys Nortek, Targets TV Over Mobile Phones
Moving further into digital TV, the Audemat group has purchased Nortek.

“TV on mobile phones won’t wait for us,” stated CEO Bruno Rost.

Nortek makes products in the French domestic market: pro TV gear including receivers and demodulators for broadcast, measurement and control of analog and digital TV. It had been owned by its managers and by industrial group J3S. It will now be called Audemat-Nortek.

Dominique Poissonnier and Jean-Luc Guiraud, former managing directors, become part of the Audemat board.
