Apple Leaves Out Radio in Updated iPhone
Despite rumors, or at least hopes on the part of broadcasters, the new Apple iPhone announced this week does not include an FM tuner. Advocates including the NAB FASTROAD program have pushed for FM to be on all devices; and the Apple iPhone is the big fish sitting out there in the consumer electronics pond right now.

Revealed yesterday, the iPhone 3G S features video recording, voice control and a 3-megapixel camera. “S” is said to stand for “speed.”

Two storage options will be available when the device is released in June, with a 16 GB version and another featuring 32 GB of storage. The device will list for $199 and $299 respectively and will hit Apple stores as well as be available online from Apple on June 19.
