AP Enhances Coverage Resources for Wire Services
Associated Press has improved members' access to international content. AP says it's improved its television and radio news wire services. Features such as the AP Right Now packages, Scores on the Fours and AP Coverage Rundown will give broadcast members focused planning tools, topical news summaries, entertainment-related information and live sports content.
The three AP Right Now packages are streamlined story capsules that enable producers and editors to quickly get the latest news. AP Right Now summarizes top stories, AP Sports Right Now provides updates on sports stories and AP Business Right Now delivers the latest from the business world. Scores on the Fours, a summary of key sports scores, will move at :04, :14, :24, :34, :44, and :54 every hour when events are in progress.
