Algolith Names New Sales VP

Algolith, the Montreal, Quebec-based provider of video processing equipment, has selected Barry Fairhurst as its vice president of worldwide sales. He will be in charge of the company’s global sales strategy.

Fairhurst previously held positions at Avid Technology and Digital Rapids.
Algorith was founded in 2003 as a spin-off from Miranda Technologies.
