| COMMENTS (1) | | 02/27/2009 | | I live in a rural area where only ONE commercial & three PBS tv channels would have protection from such devices. Yet, I am a tad outside the service contours of several other channels. The other channels I can still receive. However, if you start allowing the use of WSD's, then I may not be able to recieve those other over-the-air channels. The FCC's contour maps are not always accurate. I hope a lawsuit succeeds, at least to put severe limits on these devices. Isn't there another radio spectrum that can be used? Digital TV has already killed a few channels for me... now this could be the "nail in the coffin" for some of those remaining! |
